Blog 15: Pans Labyrinth and other influences (Alice in Wonderland)

I have been looking and doing some of my own drawings of Pan’s Labyrinth but what other films is there that could also be looked at? I have just recently seen Alice in Wonderland at the cinema. It was done by one of my favourite directors Tim Burton. It wasn’t the best Burton film that I have ever seen but it was as visually as they all are. It has given my some great drawings and colourful characters that I could look at and maybe mix into my other ideas and see where I get to now. Also, I think that Tim Burton could be a great influence in my work. He usually does most of his own drawings and also creates amazing characters and scenes. He may be a good person to look at further.
